Complete kit that dramatically boosts the power output. Approximately 50% increase in horsepower over factory. Kit is tuned for 10 psi of boost. All stainless steel air tubes with silicone couplers. Full size aluminum intercooler. Forged piston kit; results in 9:1 compression ration (OEM compression ratio is 11.5:1). Power Tune XTO® muffler. Blow-off valve and 3 Bar map sensor included. Includes PV3 tuning device. Custom rotomolded intake plenum. High-capacity billet fuel rail with fuel damper. 900cc/min injectors. Kit can be used with Kawasaki sport roof, Kawasaki alternator kit and Kawasaki spare tire rack. Includes all mounting hardware and brackets. Made in the U.S.A.. For closed course competition use only.

  • Returns & exchanges

    All returns must be shipped back to our store 30 days from purchase to:

    Trails-North Powersports 200 E. Lead St. Bessemer, Mi. 49911 at the purchasers expense.

    All returns must be returned unused, without any evidence of damage and in the original packaging.

    Parts with defects from the manufacturer will be exchanged after we have received and inspected the issues in question. Shipping return costs will be reimbursed to the purchaser after the defective part has been returned and deemed to be a factory defect. There is a 20% restocking fee that will be deducted on all returned non defective merchandise.
