If you order multiple items, then you may receive multiple shipments as our products are shipped from different warehouses across the USA.

Shipments do not leave warehouses on the weekends or holidays.

For 80" stock big twin motors. Forged pistons for superior strength. Piston kits include set of pistons, rings, wristpins, and clips. Wrist pin deck height 1.270". Made in the U.S.A.. Require the use of connecting rods with a rod length of 7.440"(standard length OEM #24281-74A connecting rods); use of earlier connecting rod with rod length of 7.470" (OEM # 24281-41A) will result in a slight increase in the compression ratio of about one-halfpoint, and may also result in clearance problems (check all piston to cylinder head clearances carefully when using early style rods)..

  • Returns & exchanges

    All returns must be shipped back to our store 30 days from purchase to:

    Trails-North Powersports 200 E. Lead St. Bessemer, Mi. 49911 at the purchasers expense.

    All returns must be returned unused, without any evidence of damage and in the original packaging.

    Parts with defects from the manufacturer will be exchanged after we have received and inspected the issues in question. Shipping return costs will be reimbursed to the purchaser after the defective part has been returned and deemed to be a factory defect. There is a 20% restocking fee that will be deducted on all returned non defective merchandise.
