We use FedEx, UPS, and USPS for our shipping providers. All of our shipments include tracking information that we will provide to you via an order confirmation email.

If you order multiple items, then you may receive multiple shipments as our products are shipped from different warehouses across the USA.

Shipments do not leave warehouses on the weekends or holidays.

Alpha Audio clear-hear speakers produce highs and lows for quality sound during music playback. Dynamic Noise-Cancelling Mic. Works with stereo and standard offroad intercoms. Universal helmet fitment. Easy installation on any helmet and works with ALL stereo and standard offroad intercoms. With the 3M peel and stick hook and loop system, mounting the speakers and mic boom just became so much easier. Simply adhere the jack box to the exterior of the helmet. Then, secure the mic boom and speakers to the interior of the helmet.

  • Returns & exchanges

    All returns must be shipped back to our store 30 days from purchase to:

    Trails-North Powersports 200 E. Lead St. Bessemer, Mi. 49911 at the purchasers expense.

    All returns must be returned unused, without any evidence of damage and in the original packaging.

    Parts with defects from the manufacturer will be exchanged after we have received and inspected the issues in question. Shipping return costs will be reimbursed to the purchaser after the defective part has been returned and deemed to be a factory defect. There is a 20% restocking fee that will be deducted on all returned non defective merchandise.
