We use FedEx, UPS, and USPS for our shipping providers. All of our shipments include tracking information that we will provide to you via an order confirmation email.

If you order multiple items, then you may receive multiple shipments as our products are shipped from different warehouses across the USA.

Shipments do not leave warehouses on the weekends or holidays.

Description
Constructed of 7075-T6 heat-treated aircraft tapered aluminum. Flex to reduce rider fatigue and arm pump - offers ultimate strength and durability. Clamp surface is 1-1/8" and tapers down to 7/8" to fit controls and grips. 1-1/8" oversized clamp kit or risers are required to mount handlebars to snowmobile. Include 3D molded handlebar pad. 7" long grips will not be long enough if running a RSI long bar hook or when using handlebars with pre-bent long, 90° hooks. For these longer hook applications, use the RSI 8" rubber grips or RSI Grip Wrap grips. Do not install any accessories onto these handlebars that attach using setscrews. Setscrews will dig into the aluminum and create a potential weak spot that could cause a fracture, thus compromising the strength of the handlebar.

  • Returns & exchanges

    All returns must be shipped back to our store 30 days from purchase to:

    Trails-North Powersports 200 E. Lead St. Bessemer, Mi. 49911 at the purchasers expense.

    All returns must be returned unused, without any evidence of damage and in the original packaging.

    Parts with defects from the manufacturer will be exchanged after we have received and inspected the issues in question. Shipping return costs will be reimbursed to the purchaser after the defective part has been returned and deemed to be a factory defect. There is a 20% restocking fee that will be deducted on all returned non defective merchandise.
