Description
Machined from high tensile strength, impact and wear resistant chromoly steel to minimize deformation. Inner splines are broached to provide maximum spline-to-countershaft contact to distribute driveline forces over the largest possible surface area. Heat-treated, then finished with a nickel coating for corrosion resistance and lubricity. Each sprocket is quality checked by Computer Measurement Machine (CMM) to exactly match OEM design specifications. Fitments available for Two Wheel Dirt, ADV, and ATV applications. Be sure to check for clearance when ordering sizes larger than stock..

  • Returns & exchanges

    All returns must be shipped back to our store 30 days from purchase to:

    Trails-North Powersports 200 E. Lead St. Bessemer, Mi. 49911 at the purchasers expense.

    All returns must be returned unused, without any evidence of damage and in the original packaging.

    Parts with defects from the manufacturer will be exchanged after we have received and inspected the issues in question. Shipping return costs will be reimbursed to the purchaser after the defective part has been returned and deemed to be a factory defect. There is a 20% restocking fee that will be deducted on all returned non defective merchandise.
