3' kick start system is a direct bolt-in application. Includes front pulley, belt, clutch hub and clutch basket and aramid clutch set (consists of two half plates, four full plates and five steel drive plates), 6061 T-6 billet motor plate, outside guard and polished pulley cover. Features BDL's Quiet Clutch system. Precision-machined, polished aluminum pressure plate uses nine springs and shoulder bolts to ensure even spring pressure (included in kit). Rear pulley has a 40mm, double-row bearing with an inner stress-proof steel clutch hub to support the clutch. Made in the U.S.A.. Not designed for use with floorboards.. Not for use with offset primaries..

  • Returns & exchanges

    All returns must be shipped back to our store 30 days from purchase to:

    Trails-North Powersports 200 E. Lead St. Bessemer, Mi. 49911 at the purchasers expense.

    All returns must be returned unused, without any evidence of damage and in the original packaging.

    Parts with defects from the manufacturer will be exchanged after we have received and inspected the issues in question. Shipping return costs will be reimbursed to the purchaser after the defective part has been returned and deemed to be a factory defect. There is a 20% restocking fee that will be deducted on all returned non defective merchandise.
