Delivery and Shipping

We use FedEx, UPS, and USPS for our shipping providers. All of our shipments include tracking information that we will provide to you via an order confirmation email.

If you order multiple items, then you may receive multiple shipments as our products are shipped from different warehouses across the USA.

Shipments do not leave warehouses on the weekends or holidays.

Allows you to permanently mount your controller and control 2 different articles of heated clothing, or heated clothing zones created when linking 2 products (e.g. heated jacket liner and heated gloves). 2 separate heat controls in the same unit. Digital controllers ensure that your heated clothing uses only as much power as requested. Wires are completely safe, in all weather conditions. Includes complete mounting instructions. Installs on any accessible panel (some drilling required).

  • Returns & exchanges

    All returns must be shipped back to our store 30 days from purchase to:

    Trails-North Powersports 200 E. Lead St. Bessemer, Mi. 49911 at the purchasers expense.

    All returns must be returned unused, without any evidence of damage and in the original packaging.

    Parts with defects from the manufacturer will be exchanged after we have received and inspected the issues in question. Shipping return costs will be reimbursed to the purchaser after the defective part has been returned and deemed to be a factory defect. There is a 20% restocking fee that will be deducted on all returned non defective merchandise.
