If you order multiple items, then you may receive multiple shipments as our products are shipped from different warehouses across the USA.

Shipments do not leave warehouses on the weekends or holidays.

Description
Enlarged interconnected headers make for improved horsepower and low-end torque. 1.75” to 1.875” high-flow 16-gauge stepped primary headers. Features full 2” left side crossover and 4-1/2” muffler bodies with 2” inlets. 2.50”, 220°, 16-gauge heat shields. Removable baffles are wrapped in stainless steel wool and high-temp fiberglass for a rich mellow tone. 18mm and 12mm O2 bungs welded into the primaries. Heavy-duty, AccuSeal® reaction-block header-to-muffler clamps included. Optional Ripper baffles boost low-end performance and enhance sound available separately. Additional performance baffles are available separately. Made in the U.S.A..

  • Returns & exchanges

    All returns must be shipped back to our store 30 days from purchase to:

    Trails-North Powersports 200 E. Lead St. Bessemer, Mi. 49911 at the purchasers expense.

    All returns must be returned unused, without any evidence of damage and in the original packaging.

    Parts with defects from the manufacturer will be exchanged after we have received and inspected the issues in question. Shipping return costs will be reimbursed to the purchaser after the defective part has been returned and deemed to be a factory defect. There is a 20% restocking fee that will be deducted on all returned non defective merchandise.
