We use FedEx, UPS, and USPS for our shipping providers. All of our shipments include tracking information that we will provide to you via an order confirmation email.

If you order multiple items, then you may receive multiple shipments as our products are shipped from different warehouses across the USA.

Shipments do not leave warehouses on the weekends or holidays.

Shell - Composite fiberglass shell, quick release system, scratch resistant, UV resistant and fog resistant. Comfort - Removable and washable, breathable, quick dry liner, laser-cut foam, chin curtain and breath deflector. Security - Steel quick release buckle, reinforced chin strap, reflective safety patch, multi-density EPS and neck roll. Ventilation System - Top vent, chin vent and exhaust port. Intercom - Bluetooth intercom working distance up to 1.2 miles (2 km) in open terrain, mesh intercom working distance up to 1.2 miles (2 km) in open terrain with a potential to extend up to 5 miles (8 km) between a minimum of six riders. Bluetooth intercom supports up to 4 riders, open mesh supports a virtually limitless number of riders and group mesh intercom supports up to 24 riders while also supporting up to 9 channels. Audio - Advanced noise control™, built-in SBC codec with wide volume control and a sample rate:max. 48 kHz (DAC), and premium speakers and microphone. Supports FM radio. Battery talk time - Bluetooth up to 18 hours (varies based on LED usage) and Mesh up to 11 hours (also based on LED usage). Lithium polymer battery with a 2.5 hour charge time. Supports IEE 802.11 b/g/n wifi with a working distance with a 10 meter working distance. LED taillight.

  • Returns & exchanges

    All returns must be shipped back to our store 30 days from purchase to:

    Trails-North Powersports 200 E. Lead St. Bessemer, Mi. 49911 at the purchasers expense.

    All returns must be returned unused, without any evidence of damage and in the original packaging.

    Parts with defects from the manufacturer will be exchanged after we have received and inspected the issues in question. Shipping return costs will be reimbursed to the purchaser after the defective part has been returned and deemed to be a factory defect. There is a 20% restocking fee that will be deducted on all returned non defective merchandise.
