If you order multiple items, then you may receive multiple shipments as our products are shipped from different warehouses across the USA.

Shipments do not leave warehouses on the weekends or holidays.

Description
Big-bore bolt-on kit increases 114"/117" with 4-1/2" stroke M-Eight with no case machining required. 4-1/4" bore cylinders with 11:1 forged pistons. S&S oil pump/cam plate with blue anodized finish. Passage plugs are removable for servicing. Independent scavenge sections for flywheel cavity and cam chest. Debris screen in both scavenge pickups. Magnet in cam chest to help prevent debris from entering the oil pump. Increased oil flow capacity on both the oil feed and scavenge side. Adjustable pressure relief valve can be adjusted with the unit installed in the engine. Quickee pushrods with chrome pushrod tubes. S&S premium tappets. S&S hard-anodized, black coated tappet cuffs are billet aluminum construction. Improve tappet stability in high-lift, high-rpm situations. S&S 550 cams designed for big bore applications. S&S valve springs work with cams up to .605" lift. High-performance conical single-wire spring design. All necessary gaskets, bearings, and hardware for bolt-on installation is included. Made in the U.S.A..

  • Returns & exchanges

    All returns must be shipped back to our store 30 days from purchase to:

    Trails-North Powersports 200 E. Lead St. Bessemer, Mi. 49911 at the purchasers expense.

    All returns must be returned unused, without any evidence of damage and in the original packaging.

    Parts with defects from the manufacturer will be exchanged after we have received and inspected the issues in question. Shipping return costs will be reimbursed to the purchaser after the defective part has been returned and deemed to be a factory defect. There is a 20% restocking fee that will be deducted on all returned non defective merchandise.
