The S&S Hot Setup kit for Twin Cams allows a Twin Cam owner to convert a stock engine to 124" using the stock crankcases. Includes S&S heads 91cc, 4.125" bore cylinders and forged 10.8.1 flattop pistons, S&S 4.625" stroke flywheel assembly, S&S .640" lift gear drive Easy Start cams, tappets, S&S adjustable pushrods, roller rocker arms, and all hardware, gaskets and instructions. Fuel system not included. Made in the U.S.A.. This project requires crankcase modifications. It is the responsibility of the person assembling the parts to check all clearances and assembly specifications..

  • Returns & exchanges

    All returns must be shipped back to our store 30 days from purchase to:

    Trails-North Powersports 200 E. Lead St. Bessemer, Mi. 49911 at the purchasers expense.

    All returns must be returned unused, without any evidence of damage and in the original packaging.

    Parts with defects from the manufacturer will be exchanged after we have received and inspected the issues in question. Shipping return costs will be reimbursed to the purchaser after the defective part has been returned and deemed to be a factory defect. There is a 20% restocking fee that will be deducted on all returned non defective merchandise.
