We use FedEx, UPS, and USPS for our shipping providers. All of our shipments include tracking information that we will provide to you via an order confirmation email.

If you order multiple items, then you may receive multiple shipments as our products are shipped from different warehouses across the USA.

Shipments do not leave warehouses on the weekends or holidays.

Description
Includes crankcase bolts, washers and nuts, cylinder mounting studs, timing hole plug, magnetic drain plug, assorted breather and oil line fittings, top end oil screen spring and plug, sprocket shaft Timken® bearing assembly, oil seal, pinion shaft main bearing race, cam needle bearing assembly, oil pump shaft bushings and installation instructions. Uses Timken style sprocket shaft bearings and 1958 and later pinion bearings (will not accept 1957 and earlier flywheels). Bearing races are all line honed and breather cavity is precision machined to optimize breather timing for maximum oil scavenging. Machined for 3.4375" cylinders and tapped 1/4"-20 for gear covers, oil pump, tappet guides, timer and timer advance. 65 models use 65 alloy inner primary. Drilled for 5/16" generator mounting bolts. Made in the USA. Generator crankcase gear kit (includes circuit breaker drive gear, idler gear, circuit breaker gear and shims) and shafts must be purchased separately.

  • Returns & exchanges

    All returns must be shipped back to our store 30 days from purchase to:

    Trails-North Powersports 200 E. Lead St. Bessemer, Mi. 49911 at the purchasers expense.

    All returns must be returned unused, without any evidence of damage and in the original packaging.

    Parts with defects from the manufacturer will be exchanged after we have received and inspected the issues in question. Shipping return costs will be reimbursed to the purchaser after the defective part has been returned and deemed to be a factory defect. There is a 20% restocking fee that will be deducted on all returned non defective merchandise.
